The overall quality was better than I expected. The base plate is solid and heavy. The two different sized skewers offer plenty of cooking options. Cleaning everything after the cook was also easy. This was exactly what I was hoping for to make tacos al pastor.

I bought this to use in a oil less fryer. It's perfect, holds the meat vertical in the basket. Cane out perfect.

I have been looking for something like this for a while. I had tried kabob skewers, but they didn't work well. The Seard vertical grilling is very stable and easy to use.

Used it to make some tacos al pastor. Held the meat perfectly. Love the 2 different sized skewers. Really worked well with my magnetic cutting board for serving. No chance of it sliding off. Great easy to clean sturdy product.

Sear'd make a quality product. The base was wide and steady, the spear was sufficient to hold a full pineapple and 4#s of marinated pork steak. Afterwards, the stainless steel was cleaned with ease. Looking forward to many roastings.
